T I P S ︱If the dough is still not clingy enough, add another tablespoon of warm water and pulse again.

Take a teaspoon of your dough, and roll it into even balls with your hands. Place the date truffles in the fridge for 15 Minutes to set.

Start preparing your chocolate dip. Fill a small saucepan with water and place a heatproof bowl on top of it.
Cut or break the dark chocolate into small pieces, then add the pieces to the bowl. Let them melt and stir regularly.

T I P S︱If you prefer melting your dark chocolate in the microwave, cut or break it into small pieces and put them in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and microwave it again for another 30 seconds or until the chocolate is completely melted.
